Canceling vs pausing my lessons
We understand life happens and you may need to put your swim lessons on hold or cancel your instruction. Pausing is a better option if you plan to finish your lessons but need to put your lessons on hold for an extended and/or indefinite period of time. Pausing is ideal for events like moving, work, school, and fall and winter seasons. You can pause your lessons for up to one year. This means if it's late in the season, you can pause your lessons and continue them during swim season next year. Canceling is a better option if you plan to not finish your lessons and you do not want your student to continue their instruction.

*A $50 cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your swim lessons after you've been matched with a Sunsational swim instructor. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before you're matched with a Sunsational swim instructor.
