Can I cancel my lessons?

You can cancel your lessons at any time for any reason. However, if you cancel your lessons after you've been matched with a Sunsational swim instructor, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

There is no fee for canceling If you cancel your lessons before you're matched with a Sunsational swim instructor. If you've been matched with a swim instructor, an alternative to canceling your swim lessons is  pausing your swim lessons, which is also free.

The cancellation fee helps to cover the cost of processing a registration and hand-selecting each instructor and client match. If you have been matched with an instructor, even if your lessons have not begun, our team has worked hard to hand-select a Sunsational swim instructor for your lessons, and that hard work takes time.
