Can I reschedule a lesson if my child is sick?

If your student must miss a lesson due to illness, please contact your swim instructor at least 24 hours prior to your lesson time to cancel/reschedule the lesson.  For any cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, whether the lesson is rescheduled or forfeited is at the discretion of the instructor.  You are permitted two lesson reschedules per lesson package. Beyond two reschedules, cancelled lessons may be forfeited, again at your instructor's discretion.
