My pool is not heated, is that a problem?

Although your pool is required to be at least 82 degrees in order to qualify for the Learn to Swim Guarantee, we do not have a specific temperature requirement for other lesson packages. The water simply needs to be warm enough for students to be comfortable and complete their lesson. Depending on your location, surface devices such as solar rings or covers can be an effective method to heat your pool. If you do not have ample sunlight to bring your pool to a comfortable temperature, it may be necessary to find another location to have lessons.
