How long do I have to use my swim lessons?

Quick Answer: Your prepaid swim lessons are valid for one year from the date you were matched with your instructor. After one year, any unused lessons will expire and cannot be refunded.

⏱️Understanding Your Lesson Timeline

When we match you with an instructor and you receive our email with your instructor's name, picture, biography, and contact information, that's your official "matching date." From that day, you have 12 full months to complete all the lessons in your package.

We've found that a year gives families plenty of flexibility to work around vacations, busy seasons, illnesses, and schedule changes while still ensuring lessons happen while your child's skills are fresh.

⌛What Happens After One Year?

If you haven't completed all your lessons within the year, any remaining lesson time will expire and be forfeited. We cannot offer refunds or extensions for expired lessons.
