What if I want to change my lesson length?

If you wanted to increase or decrease your total lesson length, we'd contact your instructor to see if they'd still be available to teach a longer or shorter lesson. Since our instructors often have multiple students, they aren't always able to continue teaching a different lesson length. Often our instructors are still able to make it work, but it depends on the situation.

As for the billing, we would either refund or bill you the price difference between your two lesson lengths for the remaining lessons. We will confirm the number of lessons completed with you and your instructor, and then send you a confirmation email with the refund or charge amount.
