Why we recommend keeping it open

Our instructor pool is a mix of male and female instructors, and availability varies by area and schedule. Adding a gender preference means cutting the available instructors in half right from the start. That can make it harder to find a match and may extend the time it takes to get your lessons going.

💡 All of our instructors go through the same vetting process regardless of gender: background check, CPR certification, and professional experience. Any instructor we send to your home is someone we trust completely.

If a gender preference is important to you

We completely understand that some families have a preference and that's perfectly fine. Just note it during registration and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Keep in mind that it may take a little longer to find the right match.
