🚨When to Submit a Dispute

You might need to dispute a completed lesson if:

  • A lesson was canceled but marked as completed.
  • The lesson didn't take place as scheduled.
  • The date or number of the lesson completed is incorrect.

Important: If you simply need to reschedule an upcoming lesson, you don't need to submit a dispute. Contact your instructor directly.


How to Submit a Dispute

1. Check your email for the lesson completion confirmation. After each lesson is marked complete, you receive an email with the lesson details and your remaining balance.

2. Click the dispute link in the confirmation email within 72 hours. Every confirmation includes a link specifically for submitting disputes.

  • Lessons are placed into a 3-day escrow from the date your swim instructor reports the lesson as complete. The dispute link will expire after the escrow period.

3. Provide details about why you're disputing the lesson. The more information you can share, the faster we can resolve the issue. Include:

  • The date and time of the lesson in question.
  • What happened (or didn't happen).
  • Any relevant context that helps us understand the situation.

4. Submit your dispute.


What Happens Next

Our team will investigate your dispute within three business days. You'll receive an update from us that includes:

  • The outcome of our investigation.
  • Whether the lesson will be credited back to your account.
  • Any next steps, if needed.

If we need more information to resolve your dispute, we'll reach out to you directly within those three business days.
