How Do I Use a Gift Certificate for Swim Lessons?
Received a Sunsational Swim School gift certificate? Great choice — you're just a few steps away from getting started with lessons!
Here’s how to redeem your gift certificate and what to expect along the way.
📝 Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form
To begin, simply complete our registration form. During registration, we’ll collect:
- Student information
- Scheduling preferences
- Billing details
Even though we ask for billing info, you won’t be charged right away.
🎁 How to Apply Your Gift Certificate
To apply your gift certificate to your package, you have two options:
- Include the Gift Certificate ID on your registration form in any notes section.
- Email us after registering to let us know you'd like to apply a gift certificate to your account.
Either method works — just be sure to reach out so we can apply it before billing is processed!
🕑 When Is Billing Processed?
We wait to process payment until 2 days after we’ve matched you with an instructor. This usually takes 2–10 days after registration.
That gives us time to:
- Apply your gift certificate to your package
- Adjust your total accordingly
- Prevent any unnecessary charges
⚠️Any remaining balance due on the account after the gift certificate is redeemed will be charged according to our usual billing process.
📌 Gift Certificate Terms
- Non-refundable: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.
- No expiration: Your gift certificate never expires!
- Considered used when applied: Once applied to a lesson package, the certificate is considered fully redeemed.
- Subject to lesson terms: All lessons are governed by the Swim Lesson Agreement you sign during registration.
