Funding Sources We Accept

We're able to work with several types of special funding, including:

Regional Centers - We work with many Regional Center clients to provide swim instruction.
Self-Determination Programs - We are vendors with several financial management services (FMS) used in self-determination programs.
Blue Ridge Academy - Our only partnered charter school at this time.
Some reimbursement programs - If your program reimburses you after payment, we can provide detailed receipts for submission.

❌Funding We Currently Can't Accept

At this time, we are not approved as a vendor for FES-UA Scholarship funds. If you're working with a different program not listed above, please contact us — we're happy to review whether we can accommodate your funding source.

How to Set Up Special Funding

How Billing Works with Special Funding

Here's what you need to know about our payment process:

Standard billing: We charge for the full 6-lesson package upfront once you're matched with an instructor. A valid credit card must be on file to complete registration.
Reimbursement programs: If your funding source reimburses you after you've paid, we'll provide a detailed sales receipt you can submit to your provider.
Direct billing programs: If your funding provider pays us directly as a registered vendor, we'll coordinate the billing process with them once the vendor setup is complete.

‼️Important: We do not offer monthly or recurring payment plans. All lesson packages must be prepaid per our standard policies.
