Do you offer trial lessons?
Quick Answer: We don't offer single trial lessons, but all packages come with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely happy after the first lesson, you can switch instructors and restart your lesson package from the beginning or get a refund for unused lessons with the cancellation and registration fees waived, your choice!
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We completely understand wanting to make sure lessons are the right fit for your child. While we require a 6-lesson minimum for all packages, you're protected by our guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with your instructor after the first lesson, you have two options:
- Switch instructors – We'll match you with a new instructor and restart your lesson package from the beginning.
- Refund – We'll issue a refund minus the cost of the first lesson. Our standard cancellation and registration fees will be waived.
To use the guarantee: Email us at office@sunsationalswimschool.com within 72 hours of your first lesson, before a second lesson takes place.
Why We Require a 6-Lesson Minimum
Learning to swim takes consistency and repetition. Most children need at least 6 lessons to:
- Build comfort and confidence in the water
- Develop muscle memory for swimming skills
- Progress from basics to independent swimming
