💲How does payment work for lessons?

Quick answer: You won't be charged when you register. Once we match you with an instructor, your lesson package will be charged in full to your card within 48 hours of the match.

We know signing up for swim lessons is a big decision, and we want to make sure you’re confident and informed about how our payment process works from start to finish!

Here’s everything you need to know:

📝Registration: No Upfront Charge

To begin, you'll need to complete your registration form and include a valid credit card.

• You will NOT be charged at the time of registration.
  • We ask for a card on file to help us process your registration, but you won't see any charges until we've found the perfect instructor match for your family.
• We use the details in your registration to match you with the best instructor based on:
  • Your availability
  • Your goals and preferences
  • Your student’s age and experience level
• If we're unable to find an instructor match, we can cancel the registration at no cost.

Once we’ve found a qualified instructor who fits your availability:

• You and your instructor will receive each other’s contact information so you can coordinate a start date and schedule.
• Your instructor will reserve those time slots just for you, meaning they won’t take on other students during those times.
• Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours after you're matched with an instructor.

💵 What You'll Pay

• Lessons: Choose from our 6, 12, or 18 lesson package.
  • Price per lesson will be based on the number and the length of the lesson. Click here to go to our pricing page.
• Registration fee: $20 per student annually.

💳 Important to Know

• All lessons must be prepaid by credit card.
• We accept one credit card per registration.
• Direct payments to instructors are not accepted.

🛡️ Why We Prepay

• When instructors are assigned to your package, they block their schedule and do not accept other lessons that could overlap with yours. The upfront payment is fair for their commitment to your entire lesson package.
