How Our Scheduling Works

Unlike traditional programs with fixed class times, we build your lesson schedule around your family's availability. Here's the process:

During Registration

When you sign up, you'll tell us:

• How often you would like to have lessons (for example, 2-3 times per week).
• Which days of the week work best for your family.
• Your preferred times of day.
• When you'd like to start lessons.

You can also add any special scheduling needs or let us know how flexible you are with timing.

After We Match You With an Instructor

1. You'll receive your instructor's contact information. We'll email you their name, phone number, and email within 24 hours of matching.
2. Your instructor will reach out to you. They'll contact you within 24 hours to introduce themselves.
3. You'll finalize the schedule together. Work with your instructor to choose specific lesson dates and times that work for both of you.
